Shipping & Exchanges
At Ever Little Boutique, we strive to provide a smooth and thoughtful shopping experience. Please review our shipping and exchange policies carefully before placing your order.
Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping of $8 on all orders.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within three (3) business days of receiving your order. We do our best to ship all orders placed prior to 1:00 PM the same business day, though this cannot be guaranteed. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
In-Store Pick-Up: In-store pick-up is available. Select the in-store pick-up option at checkout, and you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up.
Carriers: We currently ship via USPS and UPS.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Ever Little Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ever Little Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced during transit or after delivery. Once your package leaves our shop and is in the hands of the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
Exchanges
Unworn items with tags attached may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery or in-store pick-up. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Sale items and monogrammed or personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.
Ever Little Boutique does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Order Cancellation
We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, including item details, sizing, personalization, and shipping information.
Monogram / Personalized Orders
All monogrammed or personalized items are FINAL SALE due to their custom nature and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing and completion of personalized orders. Processing time does not include shipping.
We encourage you to double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.
